Mark Southon is a New Zealand celebrity chef and television personality. When Mark came to Benefitz wanting his book before Xmas at the end of September – where other printers had baulked, Benefitz rose successfully to the challenge. With the help of Trevor Newman of Trevor Newman Design, Mark’s book was proofed, printed and delivered, cost effectively in exactly eight weeks from when we received the files. Case bound printed laminated with 208pp of delicious recipes Marks book covers everything from seafood and game, to desserts and cream – celebrating NZ produce. The key to the success of this books was accurate proofing of the book making sure the pictures did justice to the recipes and everything was perfect to the author and designers exacting standards prior to printing. Then it was left to Benefitz, working with award-winning offshore print partners to work their magic. Books delivered on time and on budget. Happy customer.
